Phil Ivan Filipovic is part slovakian part italian coming from a family of imigrants, aspiring textile workers and tailors who successfully start a productive clothing manufacturing business. He becomes an orphan at 11 (1890) and manages to make a name for himself in the groups of young bulgars of Valentine, where he is treated badly for being unloyal but respected for being a skilled hunter and for knowing his way around guns all while being relentlessly looked after by people looking to get ahold of his inheritance and his parent's business, still unclaimed to this day.
In current times (1899), he is a wandering bountyhunter with a dream to see Italy. You can often see another, very handsome!!!, man following him around.
